Start with the decision, then the platform

Your reports disagree. Let’s fix the foundation.

For data leaders, BI teams and the people who need to trust the numbers. Spend less time reconciling figures and more time making decisions.

Where are you starting?

Different reports give you different numbers.

Start by tracing one important measure back to its source. Agree its definition and owner before building another dashboard.

Your Power BI environment is getting harder to manage.

Make workspaces, datasets, dependencies and responsibilities visible. Decide what to keep, what to consolidate and what needs attention first.

You’re considering Fabric but need a clear starting point.

Choose a reporting area that matters, understand its dependencies and plan the first implementation around it.

“Their assessment highlighted crucial gaps in our existing solution and, more importantly, the roadmap they proposed was clearly built around our business priorities, not a one-size-fits-all platform.”

Choose the reports to deliver first and agree how your team will check the results.

02

Build and validate together

Set up the Fabric environment, connect the data and check the reports with the people who use them.

03

Help your team take ownership

Work alongside your team so they can operate the setup and use the same approach for the next reports.

Before you get in touch

Your questions about getting started.

What to expect before we get started.

Do we need to replace our existing Power BI reports?

Not necessarily. We assess your existing reports to identify what can stay, what needs improving and how they fit into your Fabric setup.

How do we agree the scope of the review?

We start by discussing the reports you rely on, the systems behind them and what you want to improve. Together, we agree which reporting area to review and what the review will deliver.

Who should join the first conversation?

A useful starting group is the person responsible for reporting, someone who understands the data sources and a business owner who relies on the reports. Bring a reporting question that matters to them.

What if we are still deciding whether Fabric is right for us?

Start with the reporting problem and the environment you have. An Analytics Health Check can help assess the current situation before you choose a platform or delivery route.
