Let’s be honest: deep down, we are just a bunch of nerds who happen to be world-class at what we do. We are the people who get genuinely excited about optimising a query, automating a deployment pipeline, or finding a pattern in a dataset that no one else saw.
But being a Mastermind isn’t just about technical skills. It’s about the culture. We believe that the best solutions come from a mix of perspectives. That is why Diversity & Inclusion aren’t just buzzwords to us; they are the foundation of our group. Whether we are in Amsterdam, Stockholm, or Lisbon, we share a culture where everyone can be themselves because that’s when we perform at our best.

We don’t just work in the industry; we live in it. Many of us are Microsoft Data Platform MVPs and regular speakers at international conferences. We believe in the power of sharing knowledge. We don’t just climb the mountain ourselves; we teach others how to use the gear.
MEET THE MASTERMINDS
By contributing to open-source projects, writing blogs, and stepping onto the stage, we stay at the absolute forefront of technology. And that knowledge flows directly back into the solutions we build for you.

Meet us where we are
You can usually recognise a Mastermind at a conference from a distance. Not just because of our sessions, but because we are probably the ones having the most fun.
We take our work seriously, but never ourselves. So, if you see a group of experts giving away a Lego set to build a famous internet meme, or debating the best sci-fi movies between sessions, come say hi. We love a good conversation.
We are constantly travelling to share our knowledge and learn from others. Catch us for a coffee, a chat about your data challenges, or just to say hello.
Ready for the next step?
Whether you have a clear destination in mind or are just looking for directions: we are here to guide you.
